Drive DeVilbiss introduces line of homecare beds

Drive DeVilbiss has added three new polyethylene-molded beds to its Premier Homecare Bed Collection: The Full-Electric Low-Height (15005LP) features quiet, pre-installed head/foot deck motors with a low deck height that can roll at any height 14.81 inches to 22.83 inches and roll at low height 11.81 inches to 19.83 inches. The Semi Electric (15004P) is a two-motor bed with user-friendly controls for adjusted the head and food deck sections and a manually adjustable Hi/Lo hand crank. The Manual Crank (15003P) features a split-spring bed that is easy to assemble and simple to operate. All beds are capable of support up to 450 lbs.

The Matrix 4000 extended care bed offers advanced positioning options including Chair, Trendelenburg, and Reverse Trendelenburg. The bed features a height travel range of 8.95 in. to 27 in., has a safe work load of 450 lbs., and is available in 35 in. and 42 in. widths. Sealed ball bearings in the HI/LO mechanism reduce maintenance. Optional accessories include assist devices, extension kit (extends bed length by 4 in.), battery backup, underbed light, USB power supply, and trapeze adapter.
