USMD's payer offerings bridge the gap between payers and providers, offering modularized solutions for disease management, Pay-4-Performance and patient health record (ePHR) markets.
As a result of the merger, Soft-Aid's Medical Office products will be marketed under Visionary Medical Office and Visionary Medical Office Enterprise.
