Q: What component of your business is working well for you?

A: Team work comprised of efficiency, starting with the referral intake, coordination of delivery, set-up with comprehensive instructions in use of products. We also follow-up with every patient to ensure they are satisfied and properly using the equipment. Due to the longevity and experience of our in-house billing staff, our patients receive efficient and expedient handling of claims which benefits our patients and our company.

Q: What have you learned from your experience in the HME industry?

A: Our industry is changing so rapidly that we take advantage of all education seminars, training and Medtrade shows to keep our employees well-informed and to keep our company offering the latest technology available.

Fun Fact:A traveling hotdog / cotton candy vendor broke down on our parking lot. After two days he acquired the necessary parts to be mobile again. However, we received numerous telephone requests to add hot dogs and cotton candy to our equipment deliveries.
