VGM Releases its 2016 HME Playbook
VGM has released Analyzing Business Operations Playbook, the second edition
of its HME Business Playbook, which aims to help HME business owners and
management better manage people,
processes and technology to drive
increased operational efficiency. Both
in-house and external subject matter
experts were called on to contribute to
the content of the playbook. External
contributors included Andrea Ewert of
Home Oxygen Co.; Chris Calderone of
Lean Homecare Consulting Group; and
Miriam Lieber of Lieber Consulting. The
book is available as a free download
to the HME industry, including nonmembers at playbook.vgm.com
