BOC Wins Stevie Award for Sales & Customer Service

The Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC) is once again a Stevie Award winner.

In an April news announcement, BOC said the organization’s latest Stevie Award is its 11th since 2013. The latest honor was a Bronze Stevie Award for Sales & Customer Service in the category of Best Customer Engagement Initiative.

“This new category recognizes organizations distinguishing themselves through customer engagement initiatives creating a positive customer experience and increasing customer loyalty,” the announcement noted. “’Customer first’ and ‘innovation’ are enduring values at BOC, shaping their award-winning certification renewal campaign, which increased the organization’s year-over-year customer retention. With more than 35 years of credentialing experience, BOC is an established organization that strives to set the industry standard for service and always puts the customer first.”

Judi Knott, BOC’s President/CEO, said in the announcement, “We’re proud to be recognized for the customer service that is such a strong part of our BOC culture and valued by our customers. As a repeat Stevie award winner for the past decade, we’re proud to be an authentic leader in customer service.”

The Stevie Awards were founded in 2002 “to honor and generate public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working professionals worldwide,” according to the awards Web site.
