ACU-Serve, Beyond HME Partnership

Live-call solutions company led by an industry veteran enters into a deal that will provide a variety of services to ACU-Serve’s clients.

HME revenue cycle management company ACU-Serve has announced a partnership with Beyond HME, a provider of live call solutions

The partnership will provide ACU-Serve’s clients with PAP resupply, additional disease states, compliance and full-service consulting services. A statement from ACU-Serve says the new relationship is part of its mission to provide end-to-end services and solutions for the HME industry.

Beyond HME was founded by “un-retired” industry veteran Jim Dragatsis, who founded AllCall Connect, which was sold to Brightree in 2017. Dragatsis then went on to serve as President of Live Call with Brightree for four years before retiring at the end of 2021. Dragatsis said he decided to return to the industry due to a perceived need for a higher level of service in HME.

“Building a customer service-driven company, founded on the principles of excellent patient care and outcomes, is the focus of Beyond,” Dragatsis said. “Our motto has always been that if our customers aren’t successful, we aren’t successful. We’re ready to take resupply to the next level and beyond.”

“We have seen a significant decrease in resupply revenue across our customer base and needed to find a solution. In addition, there has been a lack of support in resupply for other product categories and patient outreach,” added ACU-Serve CEO Jim Knight said.
