ADMEA Slates 2023 Annual Meeting

Alabama association will hold its 48th annual meeting meeting Jan. 10-11, 2023, at the Embassy Suites in Hoover, Ala.

The Alabama Durable Medical Equipment Association (ADMEA) has slated its 48th annual meeting for Jan. 10-11, 2023, at the Embassy Suites in Hoover, Ala., and is asking members to save the date.

The meeting will start at 1 p.m. on Jan. 10 with a reception that night and end at approximately 3 p.m. on Jan. 11, according to the association. Discussion topics will include the new oxygen rules, and members can send suggestions for program content and panel topics to .[email protected].

The annual meeting will also include an election for all officers and half the directors. Active members for at least one year can serve on the board, and any former board member may run for office.

“New board candidates are always welcome,” the association noted in a statement. “We have several volunteers, but more are needed. Associate members are eligible as well, remembering that meetings are held the night before all one-day meetings.”

ADMEA has already secured a room block at the Embassy Suites, and attendees can book a room by following this link. ADMEA will open event registration for providers and associates on Nov. 28.
