ATLAS TECHNOLOGY Group Unites Four Entities Serving CRT and HME
A diversified lineup of technology innovations and clinical evaluation services supporting both HME and complex rehab providers will debut at Medtrade West.
ATLAS TECHNOLOGY Group is uniting four entities serving the complex rehab and home medical equipment industries and will make its national debut to the HME/DME and rehab mobility industry markets this spring at Medtrade West, which is running April 4-6 in Phoenix, Ariz.
ATLAS Technology Services Group includes ATLAS Enterprise Software, Telehealth Clinical Evals, ATLAS Clinical Evals Software, and ATLAS – FIOS Business Services. Each service group brings a unique perspective to HME/DME and rehab mobility providers.

ATLAS Enterprise Software
With a background in engineering and education, as well as being a provider with decades of business operations knowledge, Paul developed a seamless software to combine enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), process management, and medical billing software into a single business tool built specifically for the HME/DME and rehab mobility industry.
ATLAS Enterprise Software was the result and offers operational efficiencies that improve product delivery times, strengthen compliance with payer rules, reduce human errors, and result in faster payments and higher collections.
Telehealth Clinical Evals
Telehealth Clinical Evals partners with HME/DME and rehab mobility industry providers for patient equipment evaluations. Evaluation types include consumer or medial power and manual mobility equipment, hospital beds, respiratory PAP compliance evaluations, and renewed PAP prescription evaluations. A Team of licensed physicians and therapists provide face-to-face clinical, PT/OT mobility, and clinical mobility evaluations via audio/video conference technology.
All Telehealth evaluations are compliant, convenient, and efficient for patients in their home or in a facility. All evaluations come with the attestation of no financial relationship with the provider and no cost to the provider for this service.
New PAP Service
Telehealth Clinical Evals will also be launching PAP services at Medtrade West. Telehealth Clinical Evals is partnering with HME and PAP providers for sleep evaluations, ongoing CPAP compliance evaluations, and annual CPAP Rx updates.
Utilizing licensed physicians and therapists for face-to-face evaluations and the technology that has made Telehealth Clinical Evals the most efficient patient engagement platform in the industry.
ATLAS Clinical Eval Software, ACES
ATLAS Clinical Eval Software (ACES) lets ATP conduct integrated patient mobility evaluations within the software and send them seamlessly to referring therapists who will also use ACES to conduct their medical mobility patient evaluation. Together the ATP and PT/OT can collaborate to determine the correct equipment for the specific patient diagnosis.
This provides the benefits of the referring therapist doing (not F2F) patient evaluations both in-person and remotely using telehealth. Following the step-by-step process, clinical evaluation in ACES ensures complete and accurate documentation, so the patient gets the appropriate mobility equipment and that the payer will approve the medical claims without question, rejection, or denials.
ATLAS-FIOS
The ATLAS-FIOS business services unit focuses on the creation and enhancement of the patient experience with a goal of 100 percent patient retention for future patient equipment care, sales, and revenue generation. ATLAS-FIOS works with the provider to develop business policies, efficient facilities, effective technology tools and educate company technicians to become certified by DMERK as a Professional Service Technician.
Services range from a complete revamping of a provider’s service department to simply supplying the education, training, and knowledge needed for company technicians to become DMERK certified. ATLAS-FIOS services are customized to the [rovider’s business needs.
