CU Takes Annual User Conference Virtual

Citing concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic, the maker of HME management system TIMS has moved its annual Users Group Conference to a an online experience this September.

Software company Computers Unlimited, which provides the TIMS Software for HME billing management, will host its annual Users Group Conference this September but is moving it to a virtual format, due to Covid-19 concerns.

The conference will begin Sept. 10 and continue through Sept. 24, with various online education offerings that run from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Mountain time. 

The conference showcases new enhancements to the CU’s software, gives existing users additional training, and lets prospective users get an idea of what functionality the various TIMS software modules offer. 

Some of this year’s highlights include the latest developments to TIMS Document Management, A/R Collections Worklist, and the Mobile Delivery application. Other sessions include a town hall, TIMS best practices, and a discussion employee performance indicators.
