Medtrade Extends Deadline For Presentation Submissions For Fall Conference

The Nov. 2-4 conference is still being planned, and HME experts have until Thursday to submit proposals.

As Medtrade continues to plan for its Nov. 2-4 Atlanta conference amidst the coronavirus pandemic, event organizers extended the deadline for presentation submissions to Thursday, May 7.

The original deadline was last Friday, May 1. Show organizers are looking for professionals to share their “success and struggles” within the HME industry, experts with specific knowledge areas of interest to attendees, and dynamic speakers with experience keeping audiences engaged.

Because attendees have enjoyed crowd-participating panels, panels/town halls with two or more discussion leaders will take precedent over single speakers. Sessions can last either one to 1.5 hours in length with time for questions.

HME experts can submit under the business operations, executive leadership & planning, legal, retail and sales & marketing tracks. The Medicare updates track is reserved for CMS or Medicare contractors.

Materials should be original and educational in nature rather than sales presentations. Potential presenters can submit their proposals through Medtrade’s Speaker Resource Center.
