For the tenth time since 2013, The Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC) was recognized as a winner of the Stevie Awards, a worldwide sales and customer service awards competition celebrating the achievements of organizations and business professionals.
BOC received the Gold Stevie Award for Sales and Customer Service in the “Best Use of Technology in Customer Service” category, which honors businesses for improving customer service through web design.
That project was undertaken in the summer of 2018 as part of BOC’s efforts to better its brand and customer experience as well as simplify the process for applying and renewing accreditation and certification. In April of last year, the organization launched its new, mobile-friendly website.
“Our goal was to improve navigation so customers could find the information they needed quickly and easily,” Judi Knott, BOC’s chief strategy and marketing officer, said in a statement. “Our customer surveys after the launch tell us that we were successful.”
The Stevie Awards announced winners during a gala banquet on Feb. 28 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
