QS/1 and Integra To Host Combined User Education Conference in Louisville

The pharmacy software companies will host clients at the first-ever iQ Conference on May 12-15 in in Louisville, Ky.

DME and pharmacy software companies QS/1 and Integra – both owned by parent company Smith Technologies – are merging their user conferences into one event to be held in Louisville, Ky. later this year.

The inaugural 2020 iQ Conference, set for May 12-15 at the Omni Louisville Hotel, will bring together experts from across the community and institutional pharmacy industries to offer pharmacists and pharmacy technicians the opportunity to earn continuing education credits. Owners and support staff can also attend classes focused on business and IT practices, according to a news release.

“QS/1 and Integra have a long history of engaging customers and making their conferences something pharmacy owners and staff anticipate nearly a year in advance,” Kevin P. Welch, president of Smith Technologies, said in a statement. “By combining these two conferences into one, we are going to demonstrate how we are uniquely qualified to span the waterfront of healthcare pharmacy in ways that will elevate how our customers compete.”

Presenters will offer insight on new product enhancements and technology to demonstrate how users can use their pharmacy software to improve their businesses. An exhibit hall featuring dozens of vendor partners will be open for three days of the conference.

Guests will also have the opportunity to hear from keynote speaker Jon Acuff, who will deliver a speech about investments businesses can make to surviving rapidly changing industries. 

“Connecting and learning from each other and taking time to recharge are other key benefits our conference provides,” Welch said.

Early-bird registration for QS/1 and Integra customers is available until March 31, after which the price will increase from $249 to $349 per attendee.
