Healthcare sales and marketing software company PlayMaker Health is reorganizing its leadership structure, including appointing a new CEO and chief revenue officer, the company announced this week.
John Griscavage, who has served as CEO of PlayMaker since 2014, will take on a new position as executive chairman and focus on driving “organizational strategy and growth initiatives,” according to a company news release.
Gregg Boyle has been promoted to CEO after serving as vice president of engineering for more than two years, during which he oversaw PlayMaker’s acquisition and integration of data analytics platform viaDirect as well as several product launches. In addition, Holly Miller, the vice president of sales and marketing, will become chief revenue officer in the new corporate structure.
“It has been a tremendous honor to serve as CEO of PlayMaker for the past five years, and I am incredibly proud of what our team has accomplished together,” Griscavage said. “We now stand as the leading sales enablement and business intelligence platform serving post-acute care, and this reorganization has been part of our long-term strategy to remain at the forefront.”
Miller’s role will include a broader focus on driving “rapid market growth and penetration,” PlayMaker said in its announcement. In a statement, she said she is thrilled to take on the new role and ensure that leadership and sales teams have the insights they need to grow business.
Boyle said that the leadership changes mark a new acceleration for the company’s growth trajectory.
“As the market demand and competition grows in the post-acute space, PlayMaker Health is focused on strategically positioning our software and mobile-first CRM to deliver even greater impact on the sales and marketing performance of home health, hospice, HME, and infusion providers,” Boyle said.
