ResMed Announces New WellConnected Marketing Campaign

The initiative aims to showcase the interconnectedness of the company’s key brands, including Brightree, MatrixCare and HEALTHCAREfirst.

To highlight its growing network of solutions in the home health and DME/HME industries, ResMed launched its new WellConnected campaign on Monday.

The initiative aims to showcase how ResMed’s acquisition of MatrixCare, Brightree and HEALTHCAREfirst has set the stage for more collaboration “across the healthcare continuum,” according to a statement from the company. As part of the campaign, the three brand logos have been updated to reflect that they are part of the ResMed network.

“The WellConnected initiative further communicates the ResMed SaaS approach to delivering an out-of-hospital ecosystem that streamlines transitions of care for patients and providers, which improves the experience and outcomes for seniors, their families, and healthcare providers,” said ResMed SaaS President Raj Sodhi.

Since 2015, ResMed has been enacting a strategy to create a network of software services that reduce the friction that providers face while going through the health care system, Sodhi said in a video announcing the new initiative.

After acquiring Brightree in April 2016, ResMed went on to buy up HEALTHCAREfirst and MatrixCare in 2018. Now, those brand logos will include a “by ResMed” tagline that showcases the single network of software solutions that includes HME, hospice, senior living and more.

“It’s bringing these parts of health care together, and that is something that ResMed SaaS can do uniquely,” Stephen Pacicco, the CEO of MatrixCare, said in the video.
