NSM Announces Upcoming Ownership Change

National CRT provider's current owner, Court Square Capital Partners, has sold NSM to international private equity firm Cinven.

National Seating & Mobility (NSM) is about to welcome a new owner. In an Oct. 4 news announcement, the national complex rehab technology provider said its current owner, Court Square Capital Partners, has sold NSM to Cinven, an international private equity firm. The deal should be finalized in November.

Alex Leslie, Partner at Cinven, said of acquiring NSM, “This is an attractive opportunity for Cinven to invest in NSM, a leading player in the complex rehab technology market in North America. NSM operates in an industry we have been evaluating deeply for several years through our work in the healthcare sector team in both Europe and the U.S.”
